We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was also in a great location, which made everything very convenient. Check-in was easy and seamless, and checkout was just as smooth. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home to others!

It was an easy walk into Downtown Newport and very well located for all the activities we enjoyed during our stay. We had everything we needed for a fun end of summer getaway.

It was clean and well cared for. Appears recently remodeled. Set nicely located near downtown and the waterfront. There was a bit of traffic noise since it is on a four lane road. We would stay there again.

This is a cute house right in the boarder of Newport. I was a little worried about the distance from downtown but it was super close to everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy Newport. It is even close to a couple wineries which we took advantage of visiting. Thanks Tim for sharing your home.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this rental near Newport! It was the perfect size for our family of four; comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the extra amenities like the coffee maker for easy mornings, the washer and dryer, and even pots and pans, which made preparing meals simple. The location was convenient for exploring Newport while still providing a relaxing place to unwind. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable home base.

Our stay in Newport was wonderful! Check in was super easy as a code was the main access to the house. The house was very spacious and CLEAN. I was a little worried about noise being on the main road but it is actually very private and quiet. There was plenty of room to spread out while our group was there with AC and large TVs in every room. We didn't cook anything but there was everything you could need. Space would be great for a family looking to cut a few cost on dining out. Very easy access via uber to downtown and Easton's beach. Although you could technically walk (there is a sidewalk the whole way) -it was too hot for a long walk but Ubers were about 10-15 anywhere in Newport. Will definitely be back next summer!!
