Welcome to Sanibel Arms B1- Nestled within one of Sanibel's most coveted resort communities this beautifully renovated one bedroom residence is located just steps from the beach and on a direct access canal. Featuring boat dockage, direct beach access and proximity to all Sanibel has to offer this residence will make an excellent choice for your next Sanibel stay!



The Space:

Sanibel Arms B1 is equipped with a king bedroom overlooking the peaceful dynamic of the adjoining direct access canal. There is a bathroom featuring a walk in shower and single vanity in the hallway off the bedroom. This residence also features a fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, and high speed internet! Located only a matter of steps to the beach, guests will find themselves in close proximity to the iconic Sanibel Lighthouse as well as restaurants including Mudbugs, El Cielo, Lighthouse Cafe, Wickie's and Lazy Flamingo, all located just a short bike ride from the front door of this residence.



This property is professionally managed by Rosen Vacations. Guests can expect the highest quality towels, linens, and guest supplies to be awaiting them upon check in. Guests can also expect 24/7 concierge assistance for any need, large or small, during their stay.

Other Things to Note:

Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. Dock space is first come first serve and not guaranteed, although it is generally plentiful.



A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

I had a wonderful stay at Sanibel Arms! The unit is brand new - very clean with upgraded appliances and finishes. I felt right at home with cozy blankets, a large closet, a VERY comfy bed, and even beach chairs and an umbrella. The full kitchen was a huge plus. The unit is in a colony with many other units under construction, so it was relatively empty. No construction noise during my stay. Beach access was about a 3 minute walk across the street through the Sanibel Arms West colony. The only suggestion I have for the property is to include more hooks on doors for places to hang towels or wet bathing suits, and also a doormat. Other than that, this unit is fabulous and I would definitely stay again!
