Beautiful flat in a great neighborhood. Quiet vibe and a few min walk to Tower Bridge, St Katherine Docks, and several other wonderful sites. The flat is very well kept and has a nice deck for enjoying the outdoors. The view is nice to the sides, but mostly of another apartment building. Still private enough for what it is though. The unit does not have a television, which was fine for me but worth noting for some. Nearby there are several great "local/neighborhood" breakfast and dinner spots and a full grocery store less than 5 min walk. The only thing that kept this from 5 stars for me were the beds. Granted I'm picky but the beds feel like inexpensive spring beds and weren't incredibly comfortable. Aside from this, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

I strongly recommend avoiding this property. The apartment was not presented as advertised and appeared to be the host’s personal living space, with belongings packed into parts of the home, groceries and opened food items left throughout, and no television despite this being a two-bedroom rental.The property did not feel properly prepared, comfortable, or suitable for paying guests. I contacted the host immediately to explain my concerns and request a reasonable solution, but the host completely ignored my messages and never responded.The lack of transparency and communication made an already disappointing experience even worse. Based on the condition of the property and the host’s failure to address legitimate concerns, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this listing to anyone. Future guests should carefully review the listing, request current photos, and confirm all amenities before booking.

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Lots of issues. Host did not provide instructions to get in the building, we had to wait for another tenant to let us in. And, when we booked the property, it was listed as having AC. It did not. It was painful trying to communicate with the host about the issue. They provided lots of misinformation and offered to compensate us for the issue but, to date, have offered nothing. We stayed during a summer heat wave, so it was uncomfortable. If you stay during better weather, you may not need AC (and if they removed AC from the listing you won’t expect it). In addition, the mattresses are bad… you can feel the springs and the entire bed shakes when you roll over. They provided white towels and most of them had brown smears on them. I hope it wasn’t what it looked like. It is also about 1/2 mile from the closest subway station, which wasn’t very convenient. Finally, on our second day, a court process server came to the door and gave us a letter for the owner, which was strange to say the least. It is difficult to look past all those issues, so we’d recommend avoiding it. But, the area and building are nice and there are grocery, coffee, and restaurant options nearby, which was nice.

Not only was the property manage amazing with making sure we got in a tad early as we were arriving from different parts of the country but they also arranged a late checkout for us which was hugely helpful. We were running an event and it just meant we didn’t have to rush as much. Incredible communication
