Estive com minha família na virada de ano de 2017-2018. Passamos ótimos 7 dias! A vista do apartamento é maravilhosa! Quartos grandes, comportou todos com conforto. Tivemos uns dias de chuva mas nada que a TV a cabo e internet não resolveram.Nunca falei por telefone com o Sr. Ilson, todo o atendimento foi pelo whats e por e-mail. 100% confiável e seguro! Desde o primeiro contato, proprietário muito atencioso em fornecer todas as informações necessárias do apartamento e da localização. Os porteiros (em especial o Sr. José), são atenciosos e prontos a prestar informações sobre a região e o prédio. O apartamento é espaçoso, bem higienizado, confortável que da a sensação de estar em casa. Penso que o mais importante, nesse tipo de negócio (alugar imóvel pela internet), o mais importante é o proprietário te deixar segura em relação a todos os aspectos que se refiram ao contrato e a estadia. Em relação a isso a nota é 10. Em breve ... voltaremos a usar o imóvel. PS; Pra casais é um cenário muito romântico, com uma bonita vista de frente pro mar.
