Our "Loft" apartment offers a stunning view of the river of the same name. So enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the natural scenery from a 10-square-meter balcony. As the name suggests, our loft consists of a single room featuring a double bed and a spacious open kitchen. This makes our Loft apartment ideal for couples. We can also provide a cot upon request.

With high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), and high-quality furnishings, nothing stands in the way of a comfortable and relaxing stay! Our residence also offers free on-site parking. The apartment is located between the Franconian Forest and the Fichtel Mountains, making it a perfect starting point for hiking, biking, and skiing. Storage space for bicycles is available.

Please note that the building where the apartment is located is undergoing renovations until the end of the year. Construction noise cannot therefore be ruled out!
