Wir waren sehr begeistert. Vor allem von dem Schwimmbad das mit im Haus ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Mit der Tiefgarage wo viele sagen das entspricht nicht mehr der Zeit hatte ich kein Problem, trotz Kombi.

Das Parkhaus ist eine Katastrophe. Wir haben schon ein nicht so großes Auto aber man kann kann kaum

Das Parkhaus ist eine Katastrophe. Wir haben schon ein nicht so großes Auto aber man kann kann kaum einsteigen bez aussteigen und einparken ohne Gefahr zu laufen sich das Fahrzeug zu ruinieren.Auch muss man immer damit rechnen das Dellen durch andere Mieter entstehen. Das Parkhaus ist völlig hinter der Zeit alles viel zu eng. Die Parklücken müssen dringend breiter gemacht werden und damit auf den heutigen Standard gebracht werden. Das Haus ist gut aber wir würden nur noch mit einem Parkplatz draußen buchen.

Schöne Wohnung

Wohnung ist etwas kleiner ausgefallen als wir es nach den Bildern erwartet hatten. Aber man hat alles was man braucht , Schwimmbad im Haus ist super und man erreicht in Dahme alles Fußläufig von Strand und Promenade bis hin zu Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Parkhaus ist super-Das Auto steht sicher :)
