The Charlevoix Channel Condo is unique opportunity to enjoy the summer in Charlevoix, Michigan, with stunning views of the Pine River Channel, which connects Lake Michigan, Round Lake, and Lake Charlevoix. From the master bedroom or living area, both with spacious decks, you can watch the Charlevoix Bascule Drawbridge rise to allow the parade of boats, including the cigarette boats of Boyne Thunder, traverse the channel. The charm of downtown Charlevoix, Michigan Beach Park, the iconic red South Pier Lighthouse, and Charlevoix Mariana, is only short walk away. The space is completely renovated and has never been occupied.
The condo features two bedrooms with queen beds, two baths with tubs, bar counter for four, dining area, washer and dyers, keyless entry, and covered parking. 3 month minimum stay required.
