Just a few steps from the sparkling water, a lovingly furnished 48 m² holiday apartment awaits you in Lemkenhafen, offering space for up to 4 people—and your dog (max. 2) is also welcome!<br><br>It’s located on the upper floor of House No. 20 in the Lemkenhafen holiday complex (5 steps from the front door), which comprises a total of four apartments. The apartment features a bright, cosy living room where a comfortable sleeper sofa provides a restful night’s sleep for two additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto the dining area, is a wonderful place to cook and enjoy meals together. In the separate bedroom with a double bed, you’ll sleep peacefully and relax—ideal for couples or families.<br><br>A real highlight: the furnished balcony, where you can fully enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and sunny hours—whether with a book or a glass of wine. <br>Bicycles you bring with you can be locked to the bike rack at the building.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> 14 attractive, detached apartment buildings located just 3 minutes from the marina on a quiet garden/nature property. The various apartment types feature a balcony or terrace—ideal for winding down the day comfortably in the fresh air with a glass of wine. The island is considered one of the best sailing destinations in the world, and there are plenty of surfers here too, as the wind conditions are almost always perfect!<br><br>In town, you’ll find restaurants and cafés, bike and boat rentals, a surf and kite school, and the Mill Museum. The idyllic fishing and harbour village of Lemkenhafen, with its maritime charm, is a district of the city of Fehmarn and is situated on the western southern side of the island. Fehmarn’s 20 beaches stretch for a total of more than 78 km—ideal for relaxing in one of Germany’s sunniest regions. You can reach the island from the mainland via the Fehmarnsund Bridge.
