Heated Pool and Vaulted Ceilings

Summary:

Welcome to your home away from home featuring a remodeled kitchen w/quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. New wood flooring in bedrooms and tile in kitchen/bathrooms. No carpet flooring in the house! Relax outdoors under the covered patio area next to the BBQ. One day HEATED pool is included in the rate of your stay! Vaulted ceilings and open concept make this house great for gathering with family and friends!



The Space:

This is a single story home and guests can use the entire space including a fully stocked kitchen with all cooking and dining needs even wine and shot glasses! Kitchen is also equipped with Keurig coffee machine with K-cups, toaster, blender, rice maker and George Foreman grill. Smart TVs are located in living room, primary bedroom and one additional bedroom. There is a hairdryer in every bathroom and iron/ironing board for your convenience. Our home also features a foosball table, perfect for family game nights or challenging your friends to a match. Let the games begin!



With minimum 24 hour advance notice we will start heating the pool for you. We include a full day of pool heat included in your rate. Any consecutive additional days of pool heat will be an additional $75.

Guest Access:

Guests can access the entire house including laundry room, garage and private backyard area with safety gate for pool area. This is a completely private home there is no one else that will be on property during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Home is 2 min drive to grocery stores including Trader Joe’s and Costco, endless restaurant and fast food options, Starbucks, gas stations, etc. 8 miles to strip, 3 miles to Green Valley Resort or South Point Hotel.



Getting Around:

Ride share options such as Lyft and Uber are readily available in Las Vegas. Garage and driveway parking is available for rental cars. Buses are also available nearby but it would be a walk to the bus stops.



Other Things to Note:

Per City of Henderson regulations, there is one front camera and one backyard camera. There are no cameras indoors.



The bath towels provided can also be used for pool towels. However, if you want separate pool towels we recommend you bringing your own.
