Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), terraced garden, 150 m2. Outdoor shower. Heating to be paid on the spot (01.Apr. - 30.Nov.), heating available only from 01.Dec. - 31.Mar.. Room cleaning on request (extra). Motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road, mountain road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 10 km, sandy beach "Spiaggia Pergole" 3 km. Renovated in 2021, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and TV (flat screen), air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm), fan. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave). Shower/bidet/WC. Heating, solar energy heating, forced-air heating. Heating available only from 01.12. to 31.03, Solar power Heating not available in all rooms. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Terrace 100 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). E-charging station. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Wonderful view

Road was okay getting up to villa. Once up there you can see for miles. Very well equipped and extremely clean. We enjoyed the hot tub a couple of times. Ciro speaks excellent english. Would definitely return.

Wir haben uns in dem alleinstehenden Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die tolle Terrasse mit dem mega Ausblick ist dabei das Highlight. Wir genossen die absolute Ruhe. Für Selbstversorger war die Ausstattung etwas dürftig. Fliegengitter sind an allen Fenstern. Die Klimaanlagen haben sehr geholfen. Der Whirlpool ist eine nette Zugabe. Der letzte Kilometer der Zufahrt zum Haus ist ein Abenteuer. Mit unserem Kombi mit Sportfahrwerk hatten wir so unsere Probleme. Ein Off-Road Fahrzeug wäre besser geeignet gewesen. Trotzdem würden wir das Haus wieder buchen.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit

Wir Vier (2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenies) durften wundervolle Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Der Ausblick ist genau wie auf den Fotos einfach atemberaubend schön. Die gesamte Anlage um das Haus und das Haus an sich sind mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und super gepflegt. Der Whirlpool hat besonders den Mädels sehr gut gefallen. -) C. hat sich um alles gekümmert und uns immer zur Seite gestanden. Kleiner Tipp: Ihr braucht ein Offroad-taugliches Auto für die Zeit. -) Wir kommen wieder

Piękny dom ,doskonale urządzony , z zapierającymi dech w piersiach widokami. Położony na wzgórzu z widokiem na morze , z dużym i wygodnym tarasem (duży stół, krzesła, kanapa, kuchnia zewnętrza z grillem , zadaszony i osłonięty od wiatru). W ogrodzie jacuzzi i 2 leżaki .Cisza i intymność . Miejsce do odpoczynku i zregenerowania sił w luksusowych warunkach. Miły, pomocny gospodarz.
