Location is key

Have stayed at Villas Patios several times and it’s great experience. Near best beach in Fuerte and easy walking to Costa Calma highlights. Would have appreciated a mid stay clean as we were there for three weeks and not sure what the service charge is for!

Everything we needed. The pool is quite deep so children would need supervision. No English channels on the TV. Loads of beaches within walking distance. A car is a big advantage

Traumhaus mit Mängeln

Wir haben diesen November 2 Wochen Badeurlaub auf Fuerteventura gemacht und uns in diesem Haus (bis auf die Betten, s.u.) sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lages des Objektes ist super: nahe zum Sotavento Stand und der Strand von Costa Calma ist auch nicht weit weg. Allerdings benötigt man ein Auto, sonst sind die Wege zu weit. Man kann auch an den Strand unterhalb der Ferienanlage gehen, ist auch nur ca. 5 min. Dieser Strand lohnt aber eigentlich nur für den „schnellen Schwimm zwischendurch“. Die Beschreibung des Objektes im Netz stimmt, die Verwalter waren äußerst freundlich und kompetent. Das Haus ist sehr sauber gewesen und auch die Grünanlagen waren sehr gepflegt. Die ganze Anlage ist äußerst gepflegt. Das Haus ist ein architektonisches Highlight, die Aufteilung ist perfekt und die ganze "Hardware" wie Böden, Bäder, Terrassen etc. von hoher Qualität. Schade, dass ein Teil der Ausstattung ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Küche ist nicht der Hit, aber ok. Z.B. waren Cafetassen und scharfe Messer Mangelware. Wirklich beeinträchtigt wurde unser Urlaubsfeeling durch die schlechten Betten. Die Betten waren sehr schmal, nur 160 cm breit und die Matratzen waren komplett durchgelegen. Die Matratze im oberen Schlafzimmer war gefühlte 20 Jahre alt und es war eigentlich nur eine Kindermatratze, weil sehr dünn. Fazit: bevor Sie mieten nachfragen, ob die Matratzen ausgewechselt worden sind!

Netter Aufenthalt

Apartment entsprach den Beschreibungen und somit auch unseren Erwartungen. Die vor Ort befindlichen Verwalter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kleine Punktabzüge gibt es - beim Alter der Küche (auch Ikea Küchen kommen mal aus der Mode), - dem "Befall" durch Ameisen (hier scheint eine gründliche Bekämpfung nötig zu werden, da die Ameisen sich im kompletten Wohn-/Essbereich wohl gefühlt haben) und - dem zwar auf den ersten Blick sauberen Zustand des Objektes konnte ein zweiter Blick den positiven Eindruck nicht Stand halten. Die enge Taktung der Vermietungen am Ab-/Anreisetag macht eine gründliche Reinigung anscheinend nicht möglich.

Erholung pur

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager im Alter von 14 Jahren, hatten uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber. Das Frühstück hatten wir auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf's Meer sehr genossen. Gut war, dass wir abends die gegenüberliegenden Hotels aufsuchen konnten. Unsere Jungs hatten von diesem "Angebot" gerne Gebrauch gemacht. Ein Auto muß man haben. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit liegt etwas weiter entfernt in einem Einkaufszentrum in Costa Calma. Der Strandabschnitt gehört leider nicht zu den schönsten auf dieser Insel. Das Haus ist bis auf zu wenig Besteck und Sitzkissen für die Terrassenbestuhlung gut ausgestattet. Die Betreuung vor Ort sicherte zu, dieses zu ändern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
