Very beautiful, cosy apartment block "Cala Blanca Denia". In the resort 5 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, from the sea, 400 m from the beach. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (34 x 15 m, depth 40 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 140 m, bar 150 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station 6.5 km, ferry 6.5 km, sandy beach "Playa Els Molins" 400 m. Sports harbour 5 km, surf school, sailing school 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
