Pleasant stay in home from home apartment

Quiet location in lovely well tended garden with clean pool area. Large terrace with sun beds. Apartment was comfortable and very well equipped with all cooking utensils, crockery, etc. Owners sent useful info for places to visit and to eat.

A lovely apartment close to town & lots of fantastic restaurants. The apartment itself is great - very clean, bright & airy, with a lovely terrace. Die Vermieter haben sich bereits vorher sehr viel Mühe gegeben und alle unsere Fragen sofort beantwortet und uns ausreichend Info Material zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten. Alles ist vorhanden. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen und was fehlt sind Fliegengitter vor der Terrasse und den Fenstern. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfecto apartamento

Apartamento muy completo y muy fiel a lo que se dice en el anuncio. Nos facilitaron todo lo necesario para nuestro hijo (cuna, bañera y trona para comer) En la época que estuvimos (septiembre) el jardín de la urbanización no lo usaba casi nadie. Muy próximo a la playa y muy bien comunicado con el centro de Denia. Tiene un supermercado a dos manzanas y en su parking hay unas estaciones de carga de vehículos eléctricos. Muy recomendable, tanto por el apartamento como por la atención de sus propietarios.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Denia

Wir waren für knapp 1,5 Wochen im Apartement und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern im Vorfeld war großartig und uns wurde sogar ein Guide voller Tipps und Empfehlungen zusammengestellt. Bei unserer Ankunft hat auch alles super geklappt und als wir bei kleineren Stellen um eine nachträgliche Reinigung baten, wurde dem sofort nachgekommen, toller Service! Die Wohnung ist passend ausgestattet und liegt sowohl für einen Strand- als auch einen Stadtbesuch perfekt, da beides fußläufig erreichbar ist, auch wenn wir zum Schwimmen aufgrund des nach einigen Gewittern im Vorfeld zu unserem Aufenthalt angespülten Seegrases lieber zu einem anderen Strandabschnitt gefahren sind. Diee gesamte Anlage war (inkl. Pool, der uns allerdings Anfang Oktober schon etwas zu kalt war) sehr sauber. Wir würden sicherlich nochmal buchen, wenn wir mal wieder eine Unterkunft in Denia benötigen.

El apartamento muy coqueto, con todos los servicios necesarios para encontrarte como en casa, unas zonas comunes fabulosas con piscina grande, pequeña y jacuzzi. Plaza de garaje dentro de la urbanización. Los dueños encantadores, envían toda la información necesaria para visitar Dénia sin perderte nada. Gente que creo que aman su trabajo y empatizan con los inquilinos. Si volvemos por Dénia, sin duda repetiremos.

Eduardo y Juani son unos anfitriones perfectos. Nos han dado toda la libertad y autonomía deseables en nuestra estancia en su casa y, a la vez, nos han brindado todo tipo de información y apoyo necesarios para poder sacar el máximo partido a nuestras vacaciones en Denia. La casa es perfecta, con todas las comodidades, cerca de la playa, acceso directo a una piscina maravillosa y en una zona con los mínimos necesarios (supermercados, bares y restaurantes). Todo un acierto haberles elegido.

Hemos pasado 3 semanas de. Agosto en el apartamento. Todo fantástico. El apartamento es fiel a las fotos. La urbanización está súper bien, tranquila y muy cómoda. Muy cerca del pueblo (10 minutos andando) y de la playa. Eduardo y Juana son un encanto. Han estado siempre súper atentos. Las recomendaciones de Eduardo y Juana fantásticas!!. Super séjour

Super séjour dans l'appartement de Eduardo et Juana. Il est conforme à la description et très bien placé (plage et centre ville à pied) et en rez-de-chaussée avec la terrasse c'est super. Eduardo et Juana sont à l'écoute et très arrangeant pour l'arrivée et le départ. La résidence est très agréable car petite et très bien entretenue, jamais beaucoup de monde autour de la piscine et il y règne une atmosphère conviviale. Si nous devions revenir à Dénia nous retournions chez Eduardo et Juana. Notre petite famille de 4 à adorée.
