This modern retreat sits on 10 sprawling acres, giving you plenty of room to breathe and explore the rugged landscape.

Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge: Only 2.5 miles to the Meers entrance.

Medicine Park: Just 5 miles to the cobblestone streets, shopping, and dining.

Lake Lawtonka: Less than 10 minutes to day-use areas and boating.

POOL RULES

->Pool hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Please respect quiet hours after dark for our neighbors.
->No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
->Maximum occupancy: 16 people in the pool area at once.
->No diving — pool depth is 9 ft at its deepest point.
->No glass containers in the pool or pool deck area.
->No food in the pool. Eating is welcome on the pool deck/patio.
->Shower before entering the pool.
->No pets in the pool.
->Appropriate swimwear required — no cutoffs or street clothes.
->No running on the pool deck.
->Please shut the pool gate/fence behind you at all times (safety requirement).
->No smoking in the pool area.
->Lock the gate when you're finished for the night.
->Guests use the pool at their own risk; management/host is not liable for accidents or injuries.
->Any damage to pool equipment or furniture will be charged.

Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved by the host in advance.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Excessive noise, fighting, disruptive behavior, or disturbances affecting other guests are not permitted.

A $500 fee may be assessed for violations involving unauthorized parties or gatherings, in addition to documented costs for excessive cleaning, damages, or other losses resulting from the violation, subject to Vrbo’s applicable policies.
