This cosy holiday home with a large garden is located right near the famous sandy beaches of Sa Colonia Beach, Su Giudeu, Monte Cogoni, and Cala Cipolla. Various sailing schools, horseback riding opportunities, coves for kitesurfing, and hiking trails—such as the Roman Coastal Trail—are all in the immediate vicinity.
The property features two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a window and a shower stall, and a living-dining-kitchen area equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, oven, and satellite TV. The villetta is equipped with air conditioning for both cooling and heating in the sleeping area and the living room. At the back of the well-maintained garden is a garden shed that houses the washing machine and—in a separate cabin—an outdoor shower with hot water. In front of the house, there is space to park up to three cars on the property. Both the holiday home and the garden offer our guests plenty of privacy.
