The Space:

46 Forest Hills Lane is a thoughtfully furnished two-story townhome inside the gated Tops'l Beach & Racquet Resort — a 52-acre playground on the Emerald Coast that delivers the kind of vacation you actually daydream about.



Downstairs, a fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from quick beach breakfasts to full family dinners. The dining table seats six, and the inviting living room — with plush seating and a sleeper sofa — is made for unwinding after a big day out. Slide open the patio doors and step into your private outdoor space: the perfect perch for morning coffee or evening cocktails under a Florida sky.



Upstairs, the master suite is a genuine retreat — a king-sized bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a wash of natural light that makes waking up feel easy. The guest suite features two twin beds and its own en suite bath, plus private patio access for a quiet start to the day. An in-unit washer and dryer means you never have to think twice about packing light.

The Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin is just minutes away, a lively waterfront destination packed with boutique shops, award-winning restaurants, live entertainment, and the Baytowne Adventure Zone for families. Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, home to four championship courses, borders the community. When you're ready to explore beyond the resort, you're close to Destin Harbor for dolphin cruises and deep-sea fishing charters, Crab Island for a true local experience, and Henderson Beach State Park for pristine, uncrowded shoreline. Outcast Seafood and Pompano Joe's are local favorites for Gulf-fresh bites, while Boshamps on the harbor is a don't-miss for oyster lovers. Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is recommended — most of what makes this area great is a short, easy drive along Scenic Gulf Drive or US-98. Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is roughly 30 minutes away, and Uber and Lyft serve the area well. Bike rentals are available nearby if you'd rather cruise the coast with the breeze in your face. Once you're at the resort, the beach is an easy walk.

- Please note this rental does not include access to the Tops'l Club House. The Fitness Center, Resort Tennis Courts, Indoor Pool, Blue Dunes Grille, and the adjoining gulf-front pool are reserved for owners and are not part of this stay.



Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book — no exceptions, and all visitors are held to the same standard. An adult chaperone is required to accompany any guests under 25 for the full duration of the stay. No smoking anywhere on the property, inside or out. No pets — guests found with animals on the premises are subject to immediate removal without refund. Parties, events, and gatherings beyond the stated guest count are strictly prohibited, including bachelor and bachelorette parties. Violations of house rules will result in eviction with no refund.
