Hatten die Ferienwohnung "Sandburg" für eine Woche gemietet. Lage super und sehr zentral. Tiefgarage und Aufzug vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Nur die Küche ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Alles sehr sauber, viel Stauraum in den einzelnen Räumen. Große eigene Terrasse und im gepflegten Garten viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen, sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich, für 2 Personen großzügiger Grundriß. Von der Tiefgarage mit dem Fahrstuhl bis vor die Wohnungstür: Das ist auch für ältere Menschen nur zu empfehlen. Schöner Blick in den Garten und schöne - möblierte - Terrasse. Auch das ganze Haus und auch der Hausflur machen einen sehr ordentlichen und gepflegten Eindruck. Wir waren schon öfter hier - auch in verschiedenen Wohnungen - die Apartements sind wirklich zu empfehlen.

Mein Apartment war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, stilvoll eingerichtet, bequem, mit direktem Zugang zum wunderschönen und gepflegten Garten. Ich komme seit vielen Jahren immer wieder zum Techt Apartmenthaus und es ist jedes Mal eine große Freude und Erholung. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals - sei es an der Rezeption, Gärtner, Hausmeister oder Reinigungskräfte. Ich wurde bei jeder Begegnung gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei oder ich etwas zu beanstanden habe oder etwas brauche. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich.
