In the living room, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the beautiful garden through the large floor-to-ceiling windows. A cream-colored seating area and the flat-screen TV provide the perfect setting for relaxing and unwinding. The dining area, featuring a white wooden table and rattan chairs, provides plenty of comfort and space for feasting. The adjoining balcony, bathed in afternoon sun and furnished with a dining set and a lounge chair, invites you to spend relaxing hours there.

The apartment features two bedrooms equipped with high-quality box-spring beds, blackout blinds, and flat-screen TVs—ideal conditions for restful nights and pleasant dreams. The spacious, separate kitchen offers another small dining area and contemporary amenities, including a dishwasher and other conveniences for relaxed cooking.

Two bathrooms in the apartment provide additional comfort. The large bathroom was recently stylishly renovated and features a bathtub, a shower, and a modern toilet. The second, smaller bathroom is also equipped with a shower and a toilet.
