This modern 3BR/3.5BA townhome in Heritage Village is a 10 minute drive from Lewes beach, Cape Henlopen, and Rehoboth beach. Enjoy Delaware’s tax-free shopping at the nearby Tanger Outlets!

We built this place to feel like a comfy and bespoke home away from home, not just a place to crash. That means the things you’d normally have to pack or pick up on day one are already here: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover in every bathroom, plenty of towels and extra sheets, even toothbrushes and toothpaste if you forgot yours. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and utensils for real cooking, plus a Nespresso machine, toaster, and a tea kettle with a full tea set for slower mornings. There’s an iron and steamer if you need to look sharp, hair dryers in every bathroom, and a wine cart for evenings on the deck.

Heading to the beach? Grab the beach towels, chairs, and bags we provide and you’re set. Need to get work done? Two dedicated workstations come with 27” monitors, wireless Logitech keyboards and mice, HDMI/USB-C cables, and genuinely fast 2 Gbps internet, no lag, no excuses. Traveling with a pup? We’ve got bowls, pet wipes, and treats waiting for them too.

Outside, the private patio and deck are made for slow mornings and longer evenings, and you’re just steps from the community pool and golf course.

We had such a wonderful vacation! It was exactly the getaway we needed. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic beach vacation. The location was perfect near all the best restaurants an easy access to route one. We would definitely love to come back. This home was immaculate and provided everything we could have possibly needed. Kevin was very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. Definitely worth a return visit! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This gorgeous, immaculately clean home was the absolute perfect setting for our getaway, but what truly sets it apart is our host, Kevin. He was flawless—truly the best I’ve encountered in all my travels! Kevin's communication, kindness, and attention to detail were unmatched.He is exceptionally mindful of every detail; if you forgot something, Kevin already thought of it—providing Q-tips, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryers, and makeup remover. The kitchen is fully equipped for coffee and tea lovers, complete with baking supplies, spices, and everything needed to cook any meal. The bedrooms are sizable, comfortable oases, each featuring a private bathroom, TV, and walk-in closets galore!It is rare to find a host so genuinely welcoming to pets. Kevin made our stay effortless for our whole group, welcoming my dog Zeke and my friend Danielle's cat Moxie. Cats typically don't acclimate easily, but Moxie adjusted within hours in this comfortable space.We cannot recommend this property and Kevin enough. We will definitely be returning often for years to come! Don't hesitate to book!
