Tuffis Home apartment by the North Sea

This spacious and tastefully furnished holiday rental, with 80 square metres of living space, can accommodate up to 7 people plus a baby bed. The apartment spans two floors. Pets are also welcome. Our newly renovated holiday rental is located on the top floor of a three-unit building in a central location in the coastal town of Neßmersiel. With approximately 80 square metres of living space spread over two floors, it offers plenty of room for up to six people plus a toddler (two baby cots available). With a parking spot right outside the door and the option to bring up to two dogs, there’s no reason not to take a walk to the dog-friendly beach—just 25 minutes away—or visit the pub directly across the street!
Welcome to Tuffi’s Home. On the first of two floors is the spacious living-dining room with a flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, board games, and a high chair. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, featuring an oven, electric stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, various small appliances, and a dishwasher. The new bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, as well as a washer-dryer combo. Feel free to spend the evening in our separate loggia with an electric fireplace and a cosy seating area. There is also a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are two single beds (90 cm x 2.00 cm), a small children’s play area, and another bedroom equipped with a travel cot and a wardrobe. A parking space is available for your use. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. Dogs are welcome. Bed linens and towels can be booked for an additional fee. Tuffis Home is centrally located yet quiet on the outskirts of Neßmersiel.
The local supermarket, which has an attached bakery, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The town’s restaurants are also within a 10-minute walk.
The beach and the newly opened mud playground can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot, or you can rent a bike from the nearby bike rental shop for this purpose.
