Perfect location. Small house, but two floors that fit all of our needs. We loved the deck off the bedroom and having access to the yard. One tiny parking space off street was nice to have, but used street parking bc was so small… 15-20 minute walk to the busy hub of restaurants and cafes. A few are right around the corner if you don’t want to walk that far to Atwells Avenue. We loved our stay here! Can’t wait to return.

The property was clean but parking was a nightmare there were no available street spaces and the driveway was so tight that the passengers had to get out of the car before the car could be parked. The oven was not working and the house really could use a toaster. The neighborhood was quiet so that is a plus. Overall the stay was a success.

Very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and everything one would need for cooking. Location was great for walking to good restaurants and coffee shops and to downtown. The off-street parking was fine for our small car but might not accommodate a larger vehicle. The stairs are very narrow and could be a challenge for someone with a large suitcase or limited mobility. All and all, it suited us very well, and we would certainly stay there again if we could.
