This upper-level Unit sports brand new stainless-steel appliances (fridge w/ icemaker, stove, dishwasher and microwave) with beautiful granite countertops, The kitchen is completed with new colorful Fiestaware, cutlery, knife set, Blue Diamond cookware, Kitchen Aide Mixer and many more utensils. Enjoy the cozy fireplace in the Living room as you gaze out the large windows at the amazing view of Lake Erie. The Living Room has new custom made pull-out queen sofa and side chair. This Unit has been completely renovated in 2026.

It has two bedrooms: One with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds (that can be converted to a king bed upon request). Access to clothes washer and dryer offers additional convenience.

Guests will also enjoy two separated outdoor decks and a shared patio with wood-burning fireplace. The front private deck has six polywood adirondack chairs with propane firepit and gives beautiful views of Lake Erie. The back deck has polywood table set and propane 4 burner grill with shaded privacy. Central air conditioning, WIFI and free off-street parking (2 cars) are available.
