The outdoor shower and deck add to the flavor and outside enjoyment nestled in a very large yard with plenty of room for activities. The location was perfect - everything we needed was basically within a 3-minute drive. The house was very clean, and the listing was exactly as described. The beach wagon was a game changer for the short walk to the beach access. Perfect space for a quick visit to OKI!

Really good for price. My only concern is the a/c is just a mini split in the bed room. During really hot summer days and nights cannot keep temp in living area at temp. Otherwise property is as listed with nice amenities including nice chairs, pull cart and beach cooler. Long 3-block walk to beach.
