Cozy detached private studio with private parking. Includes queen bed with sky lights and sitting area. Has a full size bathroom, kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove and cooktop, microwave and coffee maker. Cable and WIFI provided. Outside has sitting areas along with a fire pit. Beautiful beachside neighborhood within walking or biking distance to the beach. Bikes are provided! Close to restaurants, bars, Oak Island Pier, grocery store, convenience stores, golf course, shops etc. Most are within biking distance. Small friendly dogs will be considered.

We were in town for a wedding and really enjoyed our stay. This was a very nice and cozy rental with everything we needed. Very clean and modern place. Jason was a very gracious host and extremely friendly to us. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!

Home away from home

This place is amazing and designed for the comfort of feeling at home. The owners of the property are amazing, very helpful and and super friendly. Definitely 10 out of 10 for us! We have done said this place is our turn to for every time we visit oak Island. Can't wait to return!

Fun at the Beach

This property included everything that we needed: comfy bed, couch, kitchen, nice bathroom. I loved the skylights and lots of windows. Also, there was plenty of hot water. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor chairs in the front of the property. Check-out time of 11:30 AM was a huge plus as we were able to get in one last walk on the beach before we left for home.

What’s wonderful place to stay! The host was great and gave us ideas on where to go! Very clean and comfortable for my best friend and I. Short walk to the beach and the bikes were a huge plus. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others!

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay in this lovely studio cottage! Everything was so clean and comfortable. The owner(s) were very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay, we only wish we’d been able to stay longer!

Perfect for a Beach Trip

This cozy studio was ideal for our beach stay on the island. Beautifully decorated with all new finishes and all the amenities we needed to keep us content. We will definitely check on availability on our next visit to Oak Island.

Cozy cottage short walk to the beach

The property had plenty of space for parking, was extremely clean and pleasant and had everything we needed to enjoy a few days at the beach. Kitchen area was well appointed. Shower was wonderful and bed was very comfortable. It was a very well thought out space. Definitely would stay again.

Great Location and Space!

We had a great time at this property! Jason was a wonderful host; he was helpful and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. The studio itself was really well furnished and cleaned. It was just less than a 10-minute walk from the beach. We will definitely book again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

A friend and I needed a little R&R, and decided a weekend in Oak Island was needed. Cozy accommodations and close proximity to the beach was fantastic! They also have two bicycles for you to use, and it’s a great way to get around. Would def recommend!! 10/10

This is a great little gem in Ocean Isle. Big character in a small space. Short walk to the beach. Bikes included - leave your car parked! Amazing hosts we now consider friends.

Fabulous studio close to the beach!

The location of this property is perfect. Just a short walk and even shorter bike ride to the beach. It’s clean, fabulously decorated, and feels like a little bungalow escape! The hosts Jason and Jessica could not be kinder people. They are so welcoming and lovely. We hope to be back soon!

Brand New Classy Cottage

We opened the door to this adorable cottage and it took our breath away. It is absolutely stunning. Beautiful appointments and has everything you could possibly need. The bathroom is right out of the latest magazine. Gorgeous! and close to the beach and Oak Island Pier. we HIGHLY. recommend this jewel.
