The Space:

Step inside and settle into a warm, welcoming living space designed for relaxation after a day of adventure. Comfortable seating invites you to kick back with a movie on the smart TV, while a selection of board games provides fun for guests of all ages. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a convenient Keurig, making it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out or enjoy a fresh cup of coffee at your own pace. Gather around the dining table for six to share meals, plan your next outing, or reconnect with family and friends. Whether you're visiting for work, play, or a little of both, Terrace Park Cozy Retreat offers a comfortable home base for your Tampa stay.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a set of twin-over-twin size bunk beds and a smart TV.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Dedicated grassy area for parking for 2 vehicles available off the main road. Street parking also available.

• This home and its’ sister unit, Terrace Park Grand Retreat, are part of a composite unit, you may see other guests coming and going on the property during your stay. The combined unit, Terrace Park Retreat, is available to rent separately, larger parties are encouraged to rent the combine unit.

• This entire property has six (6) external security cameras;

o Two (2) cameras located at and actively monitoring each of the front doors,

o And four (4) cameras located at each corner of the home and actively monitoring the driveway, the front of the house, the backyard, and the side of the house.

• Please note that both front doors are equipped with safety sensors that beep when opened, providing an added layer of security for families with small children. The door sensor can be easily turned on or off using the toggle switch located directly on the device.

• Long-term stays allowed.



HOUSE RULES

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: By 10:00 AM (late checkout only upon prior approval)

No unregistered guests allowed on the property at any time.

No parties or events are allowed. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors.

🚭 Smoking & Substances

Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the home (vaping included). Subject to $500 fine.

No illegal substances allowed on the property.

Smoking outside is permitted only in designated areas and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

🐾 Pets

Pets are not allowed at this property.

Service animals must be reported, never left unattended, and any damages will result in additional charges.

🧹 Cleanliness & Maintenance

Please treat our home with respect—just as you would your own.

Report any damage, maintenance issues, or concerns immediately so we can address them promptly.

Excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

🔐 Safety & Security

Lock all doors and windows when you leave the property.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security systems, or exterior cameras.

Only use appliances and equipment as intended.

🛏 Before You Leave

Please take out the trash and place it in the designated bins.

Load used dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle.

Turn off lights, set AC to 78F, and turn off all appliances before departing.
