Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put used bed sheets, pillows cases and towels in one place in the room close to the entrance and away from the heater.
Put trash in the trash (gray) container. Put recycle (plastic, glass, box, metal) in the recycle (blue) container. Both containers are on the side of the house.
Close windows, turn off lights, the stove, fans, and TV(s) and lock the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Due to the neighborhood restrictions, only 1 car is allowed to park on the property or street. Do not park in front of the neighborhood property.
Pet is NOT allowed on any furniture. If excessive pet hairs are found on furniture, additional fee will be applied to the booking.
Pet must be on the leash at all the time when outside. Please scoop the poop!
