Holiday Home 16 is located in the beautiful, modern Gut Tossens holiday complex—newly built in 2018—just about 100 metres from the lovely beach on the Butjadingen North Sea peninsula. The resort is ideal for every type of holidaymaker and every age group—whether you’re travelling alone, as a couple, or with children, the resort offers plenty of space and comfort to suit every need, with 13 holiday apartments and 2 large holiday homes, each containing 2 living units. From the resort, you can reach all major recreational facilities and amenities—such as the beach with its large children’s playground, the Aqua Mundo swimming pool at Centre Parcs, and the town centre with its shops and restaurants—in just a few minutes on foot or by bike. Using public transport—including bus and ferry connections—you can take beautiful day trips and sightseeing tours to Nordenham, Eckwarden, Burhave, Wilhelmshaven, or Bremerhaven.

Holiday semi-detached house 16 (80 m²) for up to 8 people on the ground floor, upper floor, and attic (access via a steep staircase)

• 3 bedrooms: one room with two single beds, two rooms with one double bed and an extra bed, linens available upon request (windows with pleated blinds)

• No contractors are permitted to stay here!



On-site costs: Final cleaning and utilities are included in the travel price; the visitor’s fee must be paid separately on site. Bed linens (€18.00 per person), towels (€9.50 per person), or a linen package (€21.00 per person) can be rented on-site if needed—please specify when booking—for an additional fee. A washing machine, dryer, and iron are available for a fee. There is also a bike and equipment shed, an e-bike charging station, and a parking space. A travel cot (without a mattress) for 19.00 € and a high chair for 7.00 € can also be provided on-site.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 10:00 AM.
