Kitchen in the living room 8 sqm and with dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 5 sqm and with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
1st floor: Living room 8 sqm and with TV. 2 bedrooms each 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 2 single beds. Risika. The villa is located on a farm, on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property.
