A continental buffet breakfast with local specialties is always included in the price and is freshly prepared for you every day by our staff in the chalet. A gourmet 3-course evening meal can optionally be booked in advance and will also be served to your group by our staff in the evening or prepared as a buffet. Self-catering or use of the kitchen and taking your own drinks with you is not possible - our self-service bar is stocked with the most common non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks - we are happy to accept special drink requests before arrival and will take care of them for you.Lots of wood, fine fabrics (from Karl Weber Interior Design on site) and a warm color concept give the chalet a touch of alpine cosiness - combined with a modern, urban touch. No compromises were made in terms of furnishings and fittings: solid wood cabinet-maker furniture, first-class innerspring beds, Sonos sound system in the living rooms and much more!There are two suites on the ground floor. In the communal area and the lounge you can meet for breakfast together and exchange ideas about the adventures you have experienced. The terrace offers plenty of space to relax and is equipped with solid wood carpenter furniture as well as lounge and sun chairs.On the first floor there are three further suites with balconies. The rooms are very lovingly furnished, comfortable. Appealing, timeless interior, sleeping comfort, high-quality tiles and stoneware in the bathrooms and large doors, windows and balconies - you immediately feel very comfortable in the rooms.The three suites on the second floor also offer a wonderful view of the mountain panorama and in the afternoon you can keep an eye out for your loved ones on the slopes on the balconies. A spacious ski room with a boot dryer is also available.The spacious common area invites you to enjoy a relaxed breakfast which is served daily by our staff. A large electric fireplace in the fireplace room ensures cozy evenings. And from the winter garden you have direct access to the sun-shielded terrace.From the spacious sun terrace you have a great view of the imposing mountain backdrop that frames the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. Strength, space, tranquility - here you will find a nice place to linger. A 25sqm parasol and a radiant heater for cooler evenings provide pleasant comfort. The terrace offers space for up to 20 people and is equipped with solid wood joiner furniture as well as lounge and sun chairs (in summer).If it’s too early to go to bed at night, you will find everything you need for sociable and philosophical hours in our cozy cellar bar.8 bedrooms including 7 deluxe suites & 1 double room comfortThe deluxe suites are spacious with a size of 40sqm each. In each suite you will find a cozy bedroom with a luxurious double bed, a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa bed and a modern bathroom. There are high-quality seating groups on the balconies of the suites. The suites on the top floor are air-conditioned.The comfort double room (25sq,) has a cozy bedroom with a separate sofa and a modernly designed bathroom.Our heart beats for the Kaprun / Zell am See region. The Chalet Evi is your central “hub” from which you can start all kinds of activities. The piste right next to the chalet takes you to the gondola on the Schaufelberg. From there you can reach the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area in just 12 minutes and start your skiing experience.After just a 200 meter walk you will reach the center of Kaprun with numerous shopping opportunities and a multitude of cultural and gastronomic offers.
