Uma casa perfeita

Ficamos 5 dias na casa do Cláudio. É simplesmente é uma casa perfeita, tem todos os utensílios e comodidades de uma casa. A decoração é de muito bom gosto e a localização realmente muito próxima a praia. O condomínio é ótimo e o pessoal que lá trabalha é muito gentil. Quanto ao proprietário, ele é fantástico! Faz você se sentir como se fosse sua casa! Atencioso em explicar detalhes é extremamente disponível.

Perfeito lugar em Búzios!

Eu super recomendo essa casa. Limpeza impecável e tudo muito organizado. A casa é espaçosa e tem a decoração clean com móveis de boa qualidade e confortável. Acomodou muito bem o nosso grupo. As fotos são fiéis a casa, na verdade a casa é ainda melhor pessoalmente. Apenas recomendaria a troca dos travesseiros. O staff do condomínio é muito prestativo e simpático. Especialmente o Vanderlei. O condomínio é bem aconchegante e tranquilo, exatamente como o esperado. A localização é perfeita pois fica a poucos metros da praia e distância curta a pé de facilidades como mercados, restaurantes , padarias, farmácias além de acesso fácil ao centro e praias( carro). O Cláudio é um anfitrião que passa segurança, de fácil comunicação, flexível e bem disposto a resolver eventuais contratempos. Nossas férias foram perfeitas nessa acomodação e ficamos extremamente satisfeitos com essa escolha.

Casa muito próxima da praia de Geribá (alguns metros da areia). Possui uma excelente área Gourmet. A casa é bem mobiliada e conta com itens de boa qualidade, disponíveis para uso doméstico. Condomínio calmo e familiar. Possui algumas restrições, por exemplo, musica na piscina, ainda que em baixo volume. Porém, nada que atrapalhe a estadia de quem busca uma hospedagem tranquila. De modo geral, uma experiência bastante agradável.

O imóvel é muito bom! Casa espaçosa, bem dividida, com área gourmet bem agradável. Cozinha bem equipada, principalmente pra quem vai a búzios com família grande e pretende fazer refeições em casa. Alguns acabamentos precisam ser concertados, mas são detalhes que não depreciam o imóvel ou prejudicam a estadia. O condomínio é bem localizado, com frequência familiar e bem organizado. Recomendo!!!
