On a scale of 1-10 this place is a definite -2!!! Except for the view, everything about this place was old and dirty! The tub was filthy as were the toilets, stove, fridge, etc. Broken window, screens in disrepair and the sliding screen doors were nonfunctional. Neither of the two TVs were working. We spent the entire 1stday cleaning!!!Photographs were very misleading. Lanai furniture (as depicted) was not there. Neither was the hair dryer in the main bath.We repeatedly text/spoke to the "host" about our concerns. They claimed the on-island representative was enroute to resolve the issues but she never showed up once during our entire six day stay.In conclusion, this listing should be taken off the market until the owners clean it up!!!!!!

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The condo was not properly cleaned or maintained. The window screens were dirty, damaged, and appeared unsafe. Floors were dusty, and only two stove burners worked. We also found roaches, and on the first night discovered a live rat in the kitchen. We immediately notified the host. A trap was set, but never checked, leaving us with the smell of a dead rat for around seven days, drifting in from the patio. We had to keep the doors closed to cope with the odor. The Wi-Fi and TV did not work properly during our stay. We messaged the host multiple times about these and other issues, but were told they would notify the local team. Unfortunately, no one followed through or resolved the problems. The yard was also poorly maintained. On the second-to-last day, the maintenance crew was weed eating directly behind our patio while we were sitting outside drinking coffee, blowing grass clippings all over the area. We also were not provided with beach or pool towels and the response we received when we asked was not satisfactory. We understand that unexpected issues can occur, but the number of problems combined with the lack of follow-up made this stay far below expectations. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property and believe a substantial partial refund is appropriate.
