The Space:

Set in one of the best locations in all of Poipu, and with access to the Poipu Kai Association tennis courts, heated pool, hot tub, and extensive walking paths, this wonderful home is waiting to provide you with a happy and fun-filled vacation experience! Step inside to find an open living space filled with lots of comfortable furniture, attractive, tropical decor, and plenty of natural light. Stay cool with the help of central air conditioning. The living area features a flatscreen TV, coffered ceilings, and a cooling ceiling fan. The well-equipped, full kitchen includes all the small and major appliances you could ask for, plus there is ample counter space and cabinet storage for the group's chef to play with. Cook up something wonderful, then serve up to five guests at the kitchen table. Of course, there's nothing quite like an alfresco meal, so take your plates out to the patio for a fun outdoor dining experience at the table with seating for six. The private gas grill will also make it easy to host a fun family barbecue.





When it’s time to head down to the water, Shipwreck’s Beach is just a short walk down the Greenbelt to the east, and Brennecke’s beach is a quick walk to the west. Additional fun and dining opportunities, including Stevenson's Sushi & Spirits, can be found at the neighboring Grand Hyatt. Have a little work to do while you're here? This vacation rental is equipped with a desk and chair, and the high-speed WiFi will make online research quick and easy. Reward your hard work with a few board games with the kids while the partial AC keeps the home nice and cool.
