Located in the Maui Building, your top-floor condo features amazing partial-ocean and garden views. Enjoy morning coffee and the sound of the waves on your breezy private lanai. Nice clean room for a quick weekend trip. Property was nice from what we saw but didn't really use much of it. The view of water is between 2 other buildings but the patio was nice to have coffee on in the morning. The only thing that was frustrating was we arrived later at night and had a hard time finding somewhere to park.

Entry instructions were not provided before arrival, so I had to contact Vacasa for the passcode. The delay caused us to miss a reservation. The beds were uncomfortable, and the body wash was nearly empty. I always stay on this property when visiting Kauai, but will likely seek a different host in the future.

This property had everything we needed for a perfect week. The beach is steps out the patio door, we were close to restaurants and shops and the pool and unit were clean and comfortable. Simply beautiful and we will definitely rebook. We love this place!

Great Oceanfront Experience

We nicknamed this small studio condo our “Beach Shack”. Nothing fancy but the oceanfront location is amazing, especially falling asleep at night with the sound of crashing waves. There’s a nice patio for reading or internet (which worked fine). The small complex was much more quiet than a hotel. Great beach swimming in the area.
