Multiple areas stated that the property had “a bunk bed, a double bed and a queen bed.”The double bed was PART of the bunk bed - so there was one whole bed less than anticipated which was a big deal for our group of 7. The listing also said 7 people - which was not realistic at all. The “large futon” was also quite small.The place reeked of pot, the counters were sticky and there were remnants of food on the kitchen floor. The location was pretty - but it really requires four wheel drive to access which would’ve been good to know. It was really challenging to access in our minivan, despite having drivers experienced in mountain driving. I can’t speak for communication - we stayed for one night only, and the biggest issue was a missing bed, so we didn’t reach out to the owners as that wasn’t an issue that could be fixed.
