The host was very easy to talk to and responded quickly. When we had an issue, she immediately fixed it. We loved the cabin and would love it even more in warm weather so we could enjoy the porch. Sitting around the fire was a highlight and the kids loved playing with the games the cabin provided. We definitely want to come back!
