The “Inselzeit” holiday rental is located on the upper floor of a house in a central location. It’s on the side of the house facing away from the street and is therefore very quiet. With 60 m² of space, it features two bedrooms, a large living/dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony with a view of the greenery. It accommodates three people. If needed, an additional person can sleep on the fold-out chair in the bedroom.<br><br>The larger bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet. <br><br>The smaller bedroom features a single bed (90 x 200 cm), a closet, and a small desk. The armchair in this room folds out and can be converted into an additional sleeping area (approx. 80 x 190 cm) if needed.<br><br>Both bedrooms have additional coat hooks for your clothes.<br><br>The large living and dining area is furnished with a sofa and armchair for relaxing evenings, a TV, and a dining table with four chairs. There is an additional chair in the bedroom that can be brought in if needed. The ARD TV channel is currently unavailable. This issue is expected to be resolved in the winter of 2026/27.<br><br>From the living area, you can access the balcony, which is located at the back of the house. Here, you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the greenery while sipping a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.<br><br>Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen. It is equipped with everything you need for your holiday—a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. A wide selection of dishes and cooking utensils rounds out the amenities.<br><br>The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet.<br><br>The house has a washing machine and dryer that can be used by all guests.<br><br>Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the apartment.<br><br>Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.
