Highly recommend! The location was awesome and the property was very clean and comfortable for our family. The house is not far from the trails and there is so much to do nearby including shopping, restaurants and activities.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had an amazing view. The game room kept our 4 teens/preteens entertained the entire trip, and everyone loved the swim spa and theater room with the huge TV. The location was perfect and close to everything in Gatlinburg. Our host was incredibly helpful and communicated great. We would definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend this property. The house is located within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. It is located on a secluded street. A short walk of a few hundred yards uphill to the water tower provides an excellent view of the valley. The house is clean and well maintained. The swimming pool and hot tub provided great relief from days of long hikes. All features in the house were in good operating condition. The new owner Mr. Kim is an awesome host. Always quick to respond to my communications. Everything that was shown in the VRBO listing was found to be accurate. We had an excellent stay and would definitely choose to stay there again.

as for the two four stars. Price wise I said good because I don't know what an excellent price for what we got would be, Shopping around at the time we booked the price was definitely competitive. As for the four stars for cleanliness the inside was immaculate. The outside, especially the firepit area ( which we actually never used ) had some natural debris around, nothing horrible for an outdoor space but not quite up to the standards of the rest of the house.We had reserved the place about 6 months before our stay. Just days before our stay with 13 people the property changed hands and was taken over by the current host, David Kim. To be honest I was panicked a little as the prior host had me cancel the reservation (I pictured having to try to find a new spot for us) and do all kinds of VRBO gymnastics with refunds and the fees etc. David immediately contacted me made sure everything went smoothly with VRBO and ensured we did not pay any more than we had originally been quoted.I can not tell you how refreshing it was to work with someone who does what he says, and follows through on everything. I have never had such a great experience with a host. Check in was so easy, as was check out. If you messaged David he responded immediately. The house itself is as advertised. The little lap pool was great as a giant Jacuzzi, and the real Jacuzzi was segregated and secluded somewhat. The game room was great for the kids. I wish I had more space to rave on:)

We rented this cabin to celebrate my mom’s birthday with family. It was perfect for our group. Plenty of spaces to spread out and come together. We cooked several meals for the whole crew and the kitchen had everything we needed. The swim spa was a hit and the older folks really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. The bedrooms are spacious and the showers on the third floor were pretty epic. Our teenagers loved sleeping in the theater and game rooms while the adults had the upstairs. The location is perfect, right on the edge of town but still close to everything. We could walk down to the strip or ride the free trolly which has stops right at the bottom of the hill near the house. The view on the third floor is really special and we enjoyed the patios quite a bit. We saw a bear making its rounds a couple of times and some neighborhood raccoons came right up to the porch while we were outside. Bring your bug spray, there were mosquitos, but that’s summer in the Smokies. The AC really kept the house cool, even the third floor was comfortable. The host was very responsive to our questions. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our family, highly recommend!

If you want to spot some bear this is probably a good place for you!! We loved it! We had 11 people and had plenty of room and lots of fun! If you have any questions or concerns host is extremely quick to respond! My family had a great time! Very walkable to town!
