This condo sits right on the beach, on the 11th floor, and is located on the quiet north side of Daytona Beach. Enjoy the view from your room or sit out on the private balcony and listen to the sounds of the ocean.



Visit the many nearby attractions, activities, shopping, and restaurants; Boardwalk, pier, biking, surfing, golf, water park, amusement park, concerts, events, & more!



The Space:

This corner unit offers stunning ocean views through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The open layout features a fully-stocked kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher. The master bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed with a walk-in closet, while the second bedroom also features a queen bed, making it ideal for families or 2 couples. Step out onto the spacious private balcony to soak in the coastal breeze. There is a shared laundry room on the floor and 1 garage parking space available for guests to use.



Guest Access:

Guests will be able to access all the amenities at the The Towers during their entire stay.



The Neighborhood:

Daytona Beach Shores is a quieter beach town compared to downtown Daytona, yet it's still close to major attractions and has some great restaurants close by.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around (restaurants, shopping, attractions), however, you can definitely WALK TO THE BEACH in just a few minutes! And a major plus is that the grocery store (Publix) is just across the street, so that is also walkable from the condo.



Other Things to Note:

-Building and Lock Box Codes (along with Garage Opener) to be provided prior to arrival

- Minimum age to Rent is 21 years old

- STRICT no smoking policy

- NO pets allowed
