We love this area and enjoy sharing it with guests who are visiting Duluth for outdoor adventures, local events, family trips, and relaxing getaways. We enjoy creating warm, welcoming spaces where guests can feel comfortable, settle in, and have a great home base while exploring Duluth and the North Shore. Our 4-year-old is a big helper too and likes being part of making the spaces feel welcoming for guests. We chose this property because it is right in the Riverside neighborhood we’ve called home since 2015. We love being near Spirit Mountain, the Munger Trail, the St. Louis River area, and so many outdoor activities while still being a short drive to Canal Park, the Lakewalk, restaurants, events, and other Duluth attractions. This property felt like a great fit for the kind of stay we wanted to create: cozy, practical, pet-friendly, and welcoming. It is not a secluded cabin or a riverfront home, but it gives guests a comfortable place to settle in after a day of exploring Duluth, skiing, biking, hiking, visiting family, or enjoying the North Shore. Because we live right next to our rentals, we’re able to care for the property closely and keep improving the guest experience over time.
