Prachtig appartement, netjes, ruim alles aanwezig. 1 minpuntje en dat is het zwembad, staat tussen 4 muren,klein. Je ligt rond het zwembad op een betonnen ondergrond, zeer onaantrekkelijk. Strand is 10 minuten lopen, flinke klim, mooi zandstrand. Aan de boulevard leuke winkeltjes en restaurantjes. Boven op het plein ook prima gegeten. Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad.

Vue magnifique !

Très bel appartement est tout équipé à la décoration soignée, avec la pièce de vie donnant sur petite terrasse et en duplex une très grande terrasse vue mer et montagne, avec plancha...un régale pour les yeux ! L 'appartement est à proximité du quartier historique, et à 15 min à pied de la plage et centre ville. Petits commerces en bas de l'immeuble ou à pied à 10 min Mercadona. La résidence est très bien entretenue avec piscine. Le parking est un peu compliqué à trouver !

La location est très bien, lumineuse, les terrasses très agréable. Le petit magasin en bas de l'immeuble c'est pratique. Mais il faut avoir une bonne condition physique ,Calpe étant très vallonnée

Fabulous apartment

We have just returned from a week long stay as a family of 4. The apartment is clean and spacious. Beds are really comfortable. Facilities were excellent. Roof terrace was fabulous. You are a 15 minute walk from the beach. The apartment is on a hill, however there are taxis at the beach / promenade that cost 5euro if you don’t fancy walking back up. However, we enjoyed walking back and stopping off in Old Town for a drink some days. We hope to return! Thankyou!

Bel appartement moderne à 5’ à pied du centre ville Très confortable et dans un immeuble très récent et calme. Seule la taille du lit double (140) pose problème. Enfin, la possibilité de garer sa voiture dans le parking de l’immeuble est très appréciable.
