Beautiful vacation apartment on the first floor of our vacation home. The vacation home has two living units. The apartment was newly renovated for you in April 2019. Storchennest Vacation Home—a vacation home with 2 vacation apartments. One newly renovated (2025) vacation apartment is located on the first floor, and another apartment is on the upper floor. (5 km from downtown Stralsund) Our vacation home is situated in a quiet, easily accessible location on the northern outskirts of Stralsund. There is an occupied stork’s nest on the property. Non-smoking apartments; pets are not allowed; central heating; terrace; free public parking approximately 100 meters away. Our vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a vacation home with a separate entrance. The apartment consists of a combined living room/bedroom (double bed, table, 2 chairs, 2-door closet, dresser, 49-inch HD TV, radio, and central heating), a kitchenette (refrigerator, sink, freestanding and wall-mounted cabinets, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen timer, air fryer, dishes, cutlery), and a bathroom (shower, toilet, mirror cabinet, central heating). The apartment was renovated in June 2025. Pets: Not allowed. Size: 20 square meters. Occupancy: 2 people. A security deposit of €100 for individuals and €200 for companies must be paid in cash upon arrival. Included in the rental price: one bottle of water.
