A fully equipped modern kitchen with an air fryer and a coffee-ready station is ready to welcome you. Living room and dining room comfortable and inviting enough to make you feel right at home. Relax by the modern fireplace on those quiet evenings. Enjoy the cozy family room with a smart TV to watch your series or movies. Its unique game/sunroom with a 3- in-1 table including foosball/pool/ice hockey. There also board games, cornholes and puzzles. Stay connected with a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi and Alexa. Enjoy the beautiful outdoors delighted with a fire pit, a hammock and a covered BBQ area. It is a perfect scenario for star gazing in the evenings. Sip and relax at the deck with overlooking view of the Crescent Lake. Sleeps up to 3 adults. Small pets OK. Plenty parking space for your boat/trailer inside gated property. Near Dunn's Creek State Park, 1/2 mile from Ever After Farms. The are local ramps nearby to launch your boat in St Johns River or in Crescent Lake.
