Holiday Apartment No. 35 in the Sünnslag resort, renovated in January 2024, is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

You’ll be staying on the ground floor in a 2-room apartment with a south-facing terrace. You’ll find a living/dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is approximately 400 metres from the Sünnslag resort.

The living area leads out to the furnished terrace. The living room offers a cosy atmosphere with a comfortable sleeper sofa (150 x 200 cm) and a dining table for four people. A flat-screen TV and a radio are available for your entertainment.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a stove, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. You’re welcome to use the washing machine in the kitchen area (in the cabinet under the refrigerator). The entire apartment has laminate flooring. The kitchen area and the bathroom are tiled.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Of course, you can darken the room by closing the roller shade on the window.

A shower room is also available for your use. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

You can park your vehicle in the public car park (approx. 200 m away). You’ll cover the costs yourself initially and submit the receipts along with a form to us (upon departure). We will reimburse you for the fees you paid via bank transfer after your departure.

Bicycles can be stored in the storage room (shared with SUE/035OG).

The Sünnslag holiday complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All holiday apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer comfortable accommodation for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or storage room for bicycles.
