Prenzlauer Berg — great location, quiet place

Nice apartment in the super neighborhood of Prenzlauer Berg. Tram is convenient—only a couple of blocks away. Even though bedroom is right on the street, it is very quiet. Downstairs space is a bonus. The only problem we had is getting in & out of the place. It REQUIRES a smartphone—no key, no keypad. This was not mentioned in the description. Luckily, I had a smartphone but my husband didn’t, so we either had to be together or I had to be home before he did. And communication with the owner(s) was OK but not great—all text-based—and some documents (re trash, clean up) were missing and were never provided. Overall, a clean, quiet place with a great location. I would just recommend friendlier communication and an obvious “plan B” for entry (e.g., keypad).

das dritte Bett für die Personen 5 + 6 ist nicht wirklich da. Da schaffen die Bilder zu viele Erwartungen. Wir waren zu dritt.

Gutes Appartment, gute Kommunikation

Das Appartment war nicht sauber gemacht, als wir ankamen. Es wurde aber sofort reagiert und innerhalb von 3 Stunden war alles sehr gut sauber, Kompliment. Insgesamt sehr gutes Appartment in sehr gutem Zustand! Allerdings kleiner, als nach den Bildern erwartet.

Die Sauberkeit war OK. Die Lage neben einer Gastronomie nicht immer angenehm. Es funktionieren nicht alle Lampen und Steckdosen, unlogisch angeschlossen. Vom Fernseher lag keine Bedienungsanleitung vor. War kompliziert zu bedienen.

Kurztrip, um Berlin kennen zu lernen

Wir wollten 2 Berlin-Neulingen die Stadt zeigen. Das ist sehr gut gelungen. Insbesondere durch die Lage, war alles, was wir sehen wollten, schnell zu erreichen. Zusätzlich das Kiez-Flair. Rundum gelungen.
