This quiet, bright, new, and spacious 2-room apartment—available for the first time in July 2023—is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building that was completed in December 2022.

The owners have lovingly furnished the apartment to a high standard. The spacious living area, the cosy dining area that seats four, and the open, fully equipped kitchen invite you to relax and enjoy your time here. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for daily life. The large dining table is the perfect spot to start the day comfortably with a shared breakfast. The spacious living area features a modern sofa corner that’s ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Here you’ll also find a very high-quality built-in double bed (160x200 cm), which sleeps two people. From here, you have access to the sunny southwest-facing balcony, where you can comfortably wind down a beautiful holiday day with a glass of wine. With a magnificent view of the countryside, this is the perfect spot to plan a hike or a wonderful stroll through town. In the bedroom, a high-quality double bed (180x200 cm) ensures a restful night’s sleep. The large closet offers plenty of space for your holiday clothes. The spacious bathroom features a comfortable, floor-level shower, a sink with a mirror, an additional magnifying mirror, a height-adjustable bathroom stool, and a washing machine.

You can conveniently park your car in your own, free underground parking space (entry height 2.00 m). If needed, an additional outdoor parking space is available upon request. From here, an lift takes you to the wheelchair-accessible apartment located on the 1st floor. You can conveniently store your bicycles in the bicycle storage room in the underground garage or in the space in front of your car.

The city centre, with its historic old town, the Hohe Schloss Füssen, and the pedestrian zone, is just a few minutes’ walk away. There are also bus stops in the immediate vicinity with excellent connections in every direction. The train station, located 15 minutes’ walk away, is also easily accessible by city bus. Shops for daily necessities are conveniently located nearby and within walking distance.

The total price includes final cleaning as well as bed linens and towels. If you’re staying with us for more than ten nights, you’ll receive a complimentary change of towels and bed linens. Please contact us to schedule an appointment for this.

For larger families or groups of friends, we recommend booking the additional “Traumziel Füssen” apartment on the same floor.

Pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment.
