About this property

Ferienhaus Dünengarten Meeresrauschen

Enjoy the afternoon sun on the terrace with a cup of coffee and listen to the sound of the sea. The terrace faces south/west.

The holiday home is 300 m from the beach (200 m as the crow flies). It was newly built in 2009 in the Darß style.

Located on a private street, the setting is pleasantly quiet. The centre of Zingst, with its many dining and shopping options, is less than a 10-minute walk away.

The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen as well as the living and dining area. The house has 2 bedrooms with blackout blinds and 2 bathrooms. It offers a pleasant setting for a relaxing holiday with plenty of space for 2 to 4 people. There is a sauna on the property that can be booked for a fee of €6.00 per day. A public charging station is located about 100 metres from our holiday home (near the Experimentarium).
