Ein großes Problem war die E-Mailkommunikation. Wir haben 18 E-Mails erhalten. Zum großen Teil sehr schlecht lesbar, weil die Schriftgröße ungefähr 2 Pt entsprach. Noch nie haben wir eine Buchung so kompliziert erlebt. Der telefonische Kontakt mit ihrem Mitarbeiter vor Ort war dagegen sehr freundlich und kompetent. Auch die Schlüsselabholung und der Service in der Wohnung waren perfekt. Aber 16 Mails weniger wären prima.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern und sehr sauber. Sie ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und ausgestattet worden, sodass man sich schnell wie zu Hause fühlt. Durch die Lage in der Zweitreihenbebauung war es sehr ruhig.
