A Baltic Sea vacation in a travel trailer just 15 meters from the beach!<br><br>In the bungalow village of the vacation resort Loissin, our spacious family travel trailer is located right at the entrance to the fine-sand swimming beach.<br><br>Thanks to its extensive shallow-water area, this beach is ideal for families with children.<br><br>The small Loissin bungalow village is situated in a quiet yet central location between the Baltic Sea islands of Rügen and Usedom. Greifswald and Stralsund are within easy reach.<br><br>The trailer features:<br><br>- Children’s area with bunk beds and a closet<br><br>- Parents’ sleeping area with a double bed (140x200 cm)<br><br>- Living area with a spacious round seating area<br>with satellite TV and DAB radio<br><br>- Kitchen with a three-burner stove, refrigerator, sink, and cabinets<br><br>- Bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet.<br><br>In addition, the trailer is air-conditioned and permanently connected to fresh water and wastewater systems. You only need to empty the toilet cassette yourself at the designated area.<br><br>You can purchase daily necessities and fresh bread rolls at the campground shop nearby or at the small grocery store in the center of Loissin.<br><br>You’ll also find a playground and restaurants on the campground or in the surrounding area.<br><br>The trailer is rented for a maximum of 4 people<br>(2 adults and 2 children) <br>Pets allowed upon request <br><br>We are a smoke-free property; therefore, smoking is NOT permitted in the trailer, and parties are not allowed.<br><br><br>The following fees are added to the lodging costs:<br><br>1. Electricity: 59 cents per 1 kWh<br>2. Water: 4€ per 1 m³<br>3. Final cleaning: 50€ (waived if you clean the unit yourself)<br>4. Security deposit: 150€<br><br>Please bring your own towels and bed linens.
