Schöne große Ferienwohnung

Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung in direkter Nähe zum öffentlichen Strandzugang war einer der Gründe für die Buchung. Die Größe der Ferienwohnung und die hohen Decken war sehr angenehm. Eine sehr positive Überraschung waren die drei Ventilatoren. Bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur war es wunderbar diese nutzen zu können. Cons: In der Küche fehlte es uns ein wenig an Ausstattung. Leider gab es nur 5 Buttermesser, keine Salatschüsseln, keinen Mixer, keinen Schneebesen.

There were lots of nice features of this property - for example there was an impressive lighting system and the floors were very nice. However, then there were let downs - for example lots of light bulbs needed replacing and the nice floors were covered in unnecessary rugs. In general there was too much clutter everywhere, eg one bedroom, in addition to expected furniture, had a sideboard, dining room chair, armchair, coffee table and two bar stools…. But no mirror!!With respect to compliance with the online description, there was no lake view other than a minimal glimpse between trees; bathroom 2 was very small with no tub - it was really just a cupboard. Also both showers leaked a lot. The property is in a very convenient location for the lake; however, on returning in the dark there are no immediate lights up the stairs. Parking is in a small individual garage which is not suitable for large car - however our host allowed us to park in an external space - thank you. Overall we had a good stay and feel that the apartment had a lot of potential to be a great place to stay.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt! Sehr sauber und ordentlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und dee Check-In verlief problemlos. Wir werden nächstes Jahr zur Messe definitiv wiederkommen.

Zentrale Lage gut. Defekter Ablauf am Spülbecken in der Küche, wo auch kein ausreichend heißes Wasser verfügbar war. Anzahl der Besteckmesser zu gering. Keine Gebrauchsanleitungen für Backofen und Elektroherd. Dunstabzug ohne Funktion.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und alles wurde gut erklärt

Pros: Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Uns wurden Aktivitäten und Restaurants empfohlen und alles im und ums Haus herum erklärt. Die Gastgeber standen allzeit zur Verfügung, falls wir etwas brauchten. Selbst einen Kinderstuhl haben wir noch bekommen. Cons: Es gab tatsächlich kaum etwas auszusetzen. Das einzige, was mich persönlich gestört hat, waren die großen Spinnen in der Wohnung, also eher ein persönliches Problem :D Und es standen noch von Vorgängern geöffnete und ungeöffnete Lebensmittel ( 1 Nutella und eine Packung Kekse) in der Küche. In der vorderen Dusche war die Brause nicht ganz dicht, aber sonst war es ein gelungener, erholsamer Aufenthalt mit super Ausblick.
