Welcome to Lazy Day Lookout, your private coastal retreat. This spacious townhouse is designed for comfort and ease, offering a home away from home for your family getaway. The property features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, stove, and microwave, perfect for preparing meals after a day at the beach. The dining area provides a dedicated space for family meals, while the living area offers a comfortable spot to unwind with a television. The primary bedroom suite includes a luxurious king bed for a restful night of sleep and a private ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom suite is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and its own private ensuite bathroom for added convenience. A third guest bedroom is equipped with a cozy single bed, making it an ideal room for children or additional guests. In addition to the two ensuite bathrooms, there is a shared full bathroom available for use. Guests will enjoy access to a private entrance, outdoor seating on the patio or balcony, and refreshing air conditioning throughout the home. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are provided within the unit, along with essential amenities like bed linens, towels, a hair dryer, and an iron. This family-friendly property also offers access to an outdoor pool, perfect for cooling off during warmer days.



Ground Level:

Under the unit parking. Parking for 2 vehicles, size dependent. Community pool. Storage with beach chairs and boogie boards. Outdoor shower with hot water. Kenneth D Batts Family Park across the street.



Level 2:

Primary King Suite: king bed, with sitting chair and end-of-bed bench, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom.

Primary Ensuite Bath: bathtub and shower, and single sink vanity.

Guest Suite: Double twin bed, ceiling fan and wall-mounted TV, ensuite bath.

Ensuite Guest Bath: bathtub and shower, single sink vanity.

Laundry: Top-load washer and front-load dryer.



Level 3:

Queen Guest Room: queen bed, smart TV, and ceiling fan.

Hall Bathroom: bathtub and shower, single vanity, toilet.

Kitchen: Calming Intracoastal view, stainless sink with pull spray faucet, all white appliances, stove, microwave, and refrigerator.

Living Room: Sound Views, wall-mounted TV, couch and 2 chairs. Dining table that seats 6



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.



Rental Policies: In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring: Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure: Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm. Check-out is by 10 am. We adhere to this policy, so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

House Rules: - No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities - No smoking inside, outside, or in common areas downstairs - You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

The Neighborhood:

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’,” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers, including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants, and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid-back and family-friendly things to do on Topsail. Each of these attractions offers its own unique charm and adds to the allure of a vacation on Topsail Island.



Getting Around:

Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pivot Parking at an hourly rate). Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches are easily navigable once you're here. Our beach town is very accessible and family-friendly for vehicles, bikes, and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advanced reservations are recommended. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Surf City/ North Topsail Beach and explore the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center or take a scenic Tiki Tour through the Intracoastal Waterway.
